The Straw Bale Trading Post collects only such personal information from you (the client) as is necessary to conduct its business: the conduct of business being limited to the delivery of goods bought from the site or through our site and the future advertising of our products to those persons whose information we have collected. Such information is normally limited to your (the client’s) physical mailing address and internet mailing address. The information is collected only during your (the client’s) inquiries, purchase of goods from our online website, and/or through e-mail correspondence or through the website . . . or through collection of information during voluntary sign-up campaigns or in response to special offers. We do not offer, give, nor sell your (our client’s) personal information to any third party entity.
The Straw Bale Trading Post is solely responsible for the care and storage of this information once we receive it. We are not responsible for the information as it is in transit to us or from us neither electronically via the internet nor through the postal mail. Your (the client’s) information will not otherwise be at any time open to public display. We will not use your information for any other purposes except those set forth in the previous paragraph. We do not–through any willful action of our own--disclose this information to third parties of any kind, including, but not limited to: any government or company or private entity. However: your (the client’s) information may be collected by the companies owning our third party online payment, shipping calculation, and website statistic information, services [presently Paypal (https://www.Paypal.com) and AuctionInc. ( https://www.auctioninc.com ) and RealTracker (http://www.Realtracker.com)]. We advise you (the client) to read the disclosures of these companies and contact them with any questions you may have. As regards those companies and their privacy policies with respect to your (the client’s) personal information we have no control nor liability. Information policy issues, relating to these independent companies, must be read about in their own disclosures. Suffice to say it is our own principle to keep any client’s information as strictly confidential as is possible; the viewing of which is limited to the owners and those in direct employ of the Straw Bale Trading Post and only for such purposes as is expressed in the previous paragraphs.
The Straw Bale Trading Post does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. We request that if you are under the age of 13 that you do not submit to us any personal information yourself–but rather have a legal parent or guardian enter information for you. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to our site through its related services, please contact us and we will attempt to have this information removed from our databases.
The Straw Bale Trading Post website has links to many other sites for information and assistance purposes–we are not responsible for these linked sites and our policies do not apply to their sites, organizations, or businesses. Certain non-identifiable data are at times collected by the Straw Bale Trading Post using its affiliates tracking software technology. This is data which cannot be used to identify any one person, but which can be maintained in our database to track the number of visitors to our site and pages, the domain names of the visitors, country and state of origin, etc. This data when collected is not collected in connection to your (a client’s) name or address or in any manner which would make it identifiable to you (a client) in particular–nor does the Straw Bale Trading Post and its employees or direct associates know on whom this information is based. No personal data is used in this process. WE do not use site “cookies” for the collection of personal data. Our use of aggregated personal data, data which draws from personal data (such as State of residence, zip code, etc.) is also collected in a non identifiable manner and not disclosed publicly nor to any third party entities as described previously. These aggregated user statistics may be used by us at times to describe our business to current or prospective business partners or to other third parties or financial institutions for other lawful purposes.
You (the client) have, at any time, the right to contact us and “opt out” of receiving future communication from us or to remove your name and subsequent information from our mailing list and database. This removal will extend until such time as you willingly contact us again and voluntarily provide us with your information as set forth in previous paragraphs.
