Should you EVER have any problem with the stitching on our tipi during it's lifetime we will repair it for you free of charge. You need only send it to us with return postage.
In fact if you have ANY tipi--WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS MADE BY US--you may send it to us, with return postage, to be repaired... granted you first buy one of our tipis of equal or greater size or have ever bought one of our tipis before. (Please do not send us unsewn tipis telling us the stitches fell out... though it is a pretty funny joke... and don't tell us you bought a tipi from us before if you didn't--you would have a greatly exaggerated idea of how big of a company we are.) One tipi repair per tipi bought from us please--some exceptions... just write or call.
If your tipi fabric develops a rip or tear we will repair this as well given the criteria above. There are some exceptions in the case of extreme abuse or nonsensical treatment: just to be sure send us an e-mail. We will probably tell you to go ahead and send it along.

REFUND: When you first receive your tipi from us Please look over your order carefully and check to see that everything is enclosed as stated in your invoice. [If a copy of the invoice is not included it may be viewable online, in an affixed packing envelope on the side of the box, or mailing in a separate envelope.]
Contact us immediately if everything is not in order. We will do everything we can to make sure your purchase is an enjoyable one.
If you are still not perfectly satisfied you may send the order back to us in its original condition and we will refund you the total less shipping costs.*
